EULA - End User License Agreement

1. The "TCPTester" is distributed as try-before-you-buy product. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of "TCPTester" without written permission from the copyright holder - "Load Tester software" (Andrey Shirobokov).
2. This software is distributed "as-is". No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use it at your own risk. The author assumes no liability for data losses, damages (direct or consequential), profit losses or any other kinds of losses which may result from the use (misuse) of "TCPTester".
3. Using "TCPTester" signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.
